Rosenplot Design Company Information
Rosenplot Design, LLC is a limited liability corporation operating in Indiana. Rosenplot Design, LLC's mailing address is Rosenplot Design, P.O. Box 1083, Bloomington, Indiana 47402-1083. Rosenplot Design's phone number is 812.822.2077.
Rosenplot Design Services
Rosenplot Design, LLC provides marketing and design services. Rosenplot Design, LLC provides a written price quote for each project it produces. Clients are required to indicate their acceptance of Rosenplot Design, LLC's proposal in writing prior to any work beginning. Rosenplot Design, LLC will provide a detailed assessment of each project proposed. The price quoted is based on the detail and specifications of the project. Each project will have three (3) separate proofs included in the initial price quote; an initial design proof, a second proof and a third, final proof. Rosenplot Design, LLC reserves the right to amend their price quote in writing should the specifications of a particular project change, prior to and during development of said project.
Rosenplot Design Pricing Structure
Rosenplot Design, LLC implements a universal pricing structure. Due to the competitive nature of its business, Rosenplot Design, LLC does not publically publish its pricing. A detailed price quote will be provided to a client with which Rosenplot Design, LLC is establishing a business relationship. Rosenplot Design, LLC only provides formal pricing proposals based on the content of an initial client interaction.
Rosenplot Design, LLC will submit a written price quote to each client. This price quote will serve as the contract for services. The price quote will need to be signed, dated, and clients' acceptance of the proposal indicated. This contract can be faxed to Rosenplot Design, LLC at 812.822.1179, or emailed to jeff@rosenplotdesign.com.
Rosenplot Design Cancellation Policy
If client cancels contract for services at any point during the design or production process, client will be responsible for
payment of fees based on the following schedule:
Prior to first design proof - 25% of item(s) being cancelled.
After first design proof - 50% of item(s) being cancelled.
Prior to website go-live or material being sent to printer - 75% of item(s) being cancelled.
Rosenplot Design Proofing Process
Rosenplot Design, LLC charges for revisions based on the following structure:

Initial designs of any product, including website design, advertising design, business cards, etc., will have three (3) proofs included in the proposed price.

These include the initial design, a second proof, and a third (final) proof.
•
If additional revisions are required, a $75 fee will be charged in addition to the proposal price, per revision.
Clients will be made aware of this fee prior to it being assessed, and will be required to confirm in writing their acceptance of the fee prior to additional revisions being made. Revision fees will be itemized and included on each project invoice.
All proofs sent during the proofing process will contain a watermark and will be low resolution.
Rosenplot Design Approval Process
Rosenplot Design, LLC must receive a signed final proof approval form prior to releasing any artwork to the client or to outside vendor(s). The final approval form will confirm that all work has been performed as requested and the final product meets with client approval.
Rosenplot Design Payment Process
As well, Rosenplot Design, LLC will require payment in full prior to release of any production files to our clients. No website will go live prior to Rosenplot Design, LLC receiving and processing payment. Rosenplot Design, LLC accepts all major credit cards for your convenience. If Rosenplot Design, LLC is contracting with an outside vendor on your behalf (a printer, developer or any outside vendor), payment will be due in full prior to sending any production files to said outside vendor. Rosenplot Design, LLC will, from time-to-time, work with clients on a rotating credit basis. Those clients will be identified independently, and additional credit information and a separate agreement will be required.
Every effort will be made to collect payments owed. Client agrees to make payment(s) as outlined in their price quote, as well as to pay any accrued fees, including Rosenplot Design LLC's attorney, court and other legal fees, where applicable. Rosenplot Design, LLC will not release final production files until payment is received in full and processed by its financial institution.
Rosenplot Design, LLC will assess a charge of $55 for each payment returned by clients' bank.
Credit Card Payments
Rosenplot Design, LLC accepts most major credit cards as a form of payment. A 5% surcharge will apply for all credit card transactions. In order to pay by credit card, please call 812.822.2077.
Rosenplot Design Timelines & Rush Fees
Effective September 1, 2012, Rosenplot Design, LLC will implement the following timeline structure:
• Initial design of any project – within 5 – 14 business days (length dependent on project complexity)
• Revisions – within 2 – 5 business days (length dependent on project complexity)
Rosenplot Design, LLC is pleased to accommodate any deadline request, however, any projects that fall outside of these timelines will incur a rush fee of 20% of the project total, including revision fees if applicable.
Copyright
Rosenplot Design, LLC remains the owner of any work until payment is received and processed. Once final payment has been received and processed, ownership and copyright of the work is automatically assigned to the client and no further action is required. Rosenplot Design, LLC retains the right to use the work it has produced for its own publicity or promotional purposes, unless a specific written request is made.
Standards and Success
Rosenplot Design, LLC, its agents, assignees and heirs make no guarantee, implied or expressed, as to the marketing success of any project. Rosenplot Design, LLC will make every reasonable effort to maintain the highest standards of creativity, technology, integrity, knowledge, and expertise.
